Shop Drawings

​

Once the direction is clear, we create precise construction shop drawings for our client's approval prior to production.

In addition to CAD drawings, we also provide 3D drawings services, so that customers more intuitive understanding of the fixture structure and appearance

​

We create samples of each finish for our clients to approve. These can be standard finishes as well as custom finishes developed specifically for their design.

We also provide complete fixture sample for approve before production

 

trial installation

For a complex fixture, installation is a challenge for the construction team.

To avoid the problem happen during installation, we will have at least twice trial installation before shipment.

The first time is after the hardware part complete, we will assemble them all together to make sure the structure correct.

The second time is when the whole fixture complete, we will Simulated Field Assembly, make sure the whole installation easy and smooth.
